The Engineering Team

As a staff software engineer within the Data Feeds team, you will create on-chain data products guaranteeing the integrity of a significant portion of decentralized finance. Working closely with various functions within Chainlink, including engineering, product, go-to-market, operations, and finance, you will ensure the release of highly reliable and high-performing products across multiple blockchains and user base. Your role involves proactive collaboration with other engineering and product teams to align team efforts with the broader technology landscape, under the guidance of the engineering manager.
Your Impact
- Design and oversee the development of new and existing data products supporting decentralized finance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to shape the technology progression and ensure the alignment of the team’s portfolio
- Work alongside fellow engineers to craft holistic product experiences, encompassing data services, smart contracts, monitoring, and tooling
- Partner with product teams and stakeholders to strategize and ensure seamless work continuity over an 18-24 month timeline
- Engage with non-technical stakeholders to develop products that enhance user experience and meet business requirements

- Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling production services

Senior Security Engineer (Endpoints & Access)
We are developing a platform to provide security solutions for innovative distributed applications. In the current blockchain landscape, each service typically relies on its own tokenized trust-network for security. With EigenLayer, services can leverage the established security of the Ethereum trust network, enabling enhanced scalability while maintaining high-level security and decentralization.
Responsibilities
We are in search of a senior security engineer who will focus on endpoint management/security, and be responsible for designing and implementing access management policies and controls on a company-wide scale. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization, requiring the ability to make informed decisions balancing security requirements and business needs. You will lead projects from the deployment of security tools on corporate devices to analyzing security logs for unusual activity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard our corporate devices (endpoints) and ensure a consistent least-privilege access management approach across the organization.
Manage endpoint devices hands-on, handling configuration policies, investigating, and mitigating threats.
Collaborate with partners to create effective access controls and related policies in alignment with our team's evolving dynamics and daily threat profiles.
Work with internal stakeholders to smoothly implement security measures and protocols.
Create and maintain incident response plans for addressing security breaches and other security incidents.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
3+ years of information security experience, focusing on endpoint security, MDMs, and access management.
Skilled in independently managing end-to-end security programs.
Proficient in managing macOS mobile devices with tools such as Kandji or Jamf, configuring EDR tools like Crowdstrike, and handling access management with Okta.
Experience in aggregating security logs from various systems to monitor potential security threats.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Per local regulations, the annual base salary for this role is $200,000 to $250,000. Additional rewards may include bonuses, incentives, and program-specific awards. Lead DevOps Engineer (Ethereum Validator, APAC)
