Job Summary:
As the Vice President, Policy and Regulatory Strategy, EMEA, you will play a crucial role in Circle's global policy and communications team. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey statistical insights to a diverse audience
Experience in experiment and A/B testing design and analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail within cross-functional teams
Background in deep-dive statistical analysis including modeling, causality, and regression

Previous startup experience and familiarity with B2C fintech operations
Knowledge of credit risk modeling, strategy development, and monitoring
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake
