CRM Architect
We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking individual to take on the role of a CRM Architect. This position will involve supporting our VIP and growth teams by managing the implementation, configuration, and continuous support of a dedicated CRM platform. The ideal candidate should have specialized knowledge in CRM solutions, specifically in platforms like Salesforce, possess a strategic mindset to address business challenges, and serve as a collaborator in expanding our VIP program and growth-focused initiatives. Your contributions will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding experience for our relationship managers, high-value clients, and driving business growth through the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main architect for the CRM platform, overseeing its day-to-day configuration, providing user support, and optimizing system performance.
- Customize CRM objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and page layouts to meet evolving business requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate those requirements into CRM solutions that support growth strategies and VIP programs.
- Implement enhancements to improve the usability, efficiency, and accuracy of the CRM platform for the VIP team and other business functions.
- Ensure data integrity through validation rules, data governance processes, and regular audits.
- Offer user training and continuous support to encourage the adoption of best practices and maximize the CRM system's value.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless operation of the CRM platform.
- Stay informed about emerging CRM capabilities and updates, suggesting innovations that align with business growth and enhance VIP offerings.
- Assist in developing actionable reporting and analytics to empower the VIP and growth teams to make informed decisions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and system changes for operational continuity and transparency.
Requirements:
Development & Architecture
- Extensive expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and modern front-end design principles.
- Profound understanding of data model design and advanced SOQL/SOSL optimization.
Integrations & APIs
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, External Services, Platform Events, and secure integrations with various protocols.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures connected to Salesforce.
Security & Compliance
- Proficiency in Salesforce security model and related compliance aspects.
- Experience with PII handling, GDPR, and financial regulations.
Scalability & Performance
- Proven involvement in CRM architecture, focusing on sales and service functions.
- Proficiency in designing scalable solutions in large-scale organizations and performance optimization.
Operations & Governance
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes, architecture documentation, and best practices in CRM systems.
- Experience in error handling, monitoring, and logging across integrations.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in quality assurance and system testing.
- Experience in B2C sales and account management, especially in VIP segments.
- Familiarity with integrating communication platforms like SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms or certifications, an advantage.
