Your Responsibilities:

  • Share and coach industry best practices for implementing customer identity and access in frontend and backend setups.
  • Oversee developer use of JWOT security tokens across Circle solutions to identify and address risks before affecting customers.
  • Collaborate on developing an IAM architecture to enhance governance across IAM-related aspects, aiming for comprehensive risk mitigation while advancing Circle’s security posture.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience as an identity architect with a background in implementing identity and access systems using various coding languages.
  • Proficiency in scalable, reproducible security management.
  • Self-motivated and creative problem-solver working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Strong collaboration skills during high-stress situations.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities amidst changing demands.
  • Familiarity with IAM protocols and concepts (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, PAM).
  • Experience with IAM technologies (Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, Savant, Microsoft).
  • Desirable familiarity with ISO 27001/27002 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Financial services or fintech background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or related fields; equivalent experience acceptable.
  • Experience in an AWS environment.
  • Software development skills in Python, Golang, or similar programming languages.

Additional Information:

  • Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500
