Your Responsibilities:
- Share and coach industry best practices for implementing customer identity and access in frontend and backend setups.
- Oversee developer use of JWOT security tokens across Circle solutions to identify and address risks before affecting customers.
- Collaborate on developing an IAM architecture to enhance governance across IAM-related aspects, aiming for comprehensive risk mitigation while advancing Circle’s security posture.
- Evaluate privilege access management landscapes, highlighting Circle's unique needs to secure organizational buy-in.
- Collaborate closely with the Security team to enhance broader security controls and mitigate enterprise risks.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience as an identity architect with a background in implementing identity and access systems using various coding languages.
- Proficiency in scalable, reproducible security management.
- Self-motivated and creative problem-solver working independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong collaboration skills during high-stress situations.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities amidst changing demands.
- Familiarity with IAM protocols and concepts (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, PAM).
- Experience with IAM technologies (Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, Savant, Microsoft).
- Desirable familiarity with ISO 27001/27002 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Financial services or fintech background preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or related fields; equivalent experience acceptable.
- Experience in an AWS environment.
- Software development skills in Python, Golang, or similar programming languages.
Additional Information:
- This position is eligible for PERM sponsorship from day one for qualified candidates.

- Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500
- Annual Bonus Target: 15%
- Also included: Equity & Benefits (e.g., medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
