Description
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Region Director to oversee the Account Management sector in the UK & Europe region. The main focus of this role is to lead a team of Account Managers dedicated to providing exceptional service to our VIP customers on the Main App. Building strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth is key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead the development of a team of Account Managers to cater to high-value clients. Implement best practices and metrics for effective account management.
- Offer guidance and support to Account Managers to improve their skills and customer interaction.
Client Management & Business Growth
- Strategize and implement plans to maximize customer revenue, trading activity, and AUM.
- Ensure top-tier customers receive personalized support and engagement, leading to increased product utilization.
- Drive the growth of the business through client referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
Regional Strategy & Market Execution
- Act as the primary representative in the region, aligning business strategies with market trends.
- Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for expansion and competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and enhance market-driven features.
Data-Driven Performance Management
- Monitor client engagement metrics and trading performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to set and achieve ambitious performance targets for the region.
Requirements:
- Over 8 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or sales within industries such as crypto, iGaming, trading, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability in building and leading successful teams, recruiting, and mentoring talent.
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients with excellent customer relationship skills.
- Strong analytical skills using data for strategic decision-making.
- Cultural awareness and expertise in the assigned regional territory.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of crypto trading and market dynamics is beneficial.
