Title: Network Administrator for Small Business Job Description:We are a small business looking for an experienced network administrator to manage and maintain our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in network administration, troubleshooting, and security protocols. This is a remote position, and we expect the candidate to be available during regular business hours. Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate protocols and access controls.- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network performance. Requirements:- Proven work experience as a network administrator or similar role.- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.- Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus. Please include your relevant experience and certifications in your proposal.
