The Role
Responsibility：
Experience managing a team of UI/UX designers. Ability to communicate with different departments of a global company
Leading regular creative sessions and an environment of learning amongst the team members to guide them through their quest of better user experience and creative user interfaces
Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities
Stay up to date with competitor products, their features, and industry trends in order to incorporate them into the design process
Perform UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis
Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI. Establish and maintain detailed user- interface patterns and specifications
Working closely with developers to see your design was thorough in deployment/development
Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
Requirements：
5+ years design experience
Experience in leading design projects from 0 to 1
An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI on websites/mobile apps
Good product awareness and logical analysis ability
Proficient in multi-platform design guidelines
Proficient with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, and UXPin
Expert sense & understanding of UI/UX Design principles
Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals
Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools
Exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills
CET6 at least
Prefer located in Hangzhou/Shanghai

The Role
Role in the Team:
We are looking for exceptional software engineers to join our core team. Your scope of work will include designing and implementing the Galxe.com, developing smart contracts, etc.
We hope you can independently conduct research in your area of responsibility, design solutions, draft necessary documentation, and collaborate with team members to fulfill requirements.
About You:
Proficient in the Go language, with rich backend development experience.
Skilled in using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis; understands their underlying principles, best practices, and performance optimization strategies.
Proficient in the basic development points of distributed applications, including caching and implementation of distributed transactions (e.g., 2PC).
Deep understanding of testing principles and methods in software development, the testing pyramid, and can write highly covered, maintainable test code.
Proficient in using Git.
Skilled in Docker.
Solid foundational knowledge in computer science.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Enthusiastic about new technologies.
Bonus Points:
Interested in or has researched the blockchain ecosystem, written and deployed smart contracts, including but not limited to Solidity, Move, Cairo, etc.
Familiar with gRPC, GraphQL.
Familiar with cloud infrastructure like AWS/GCP, understands modern DevOps practices, including Kubernetes, GitOps.

The Role
Responsibilities
Research, outline, write, and edit content working closely with various departments to understand product and service offerings
Write blog posts, case studies, website content, newsletter, thought leadership articles, research articles, and other forms of content related to Galxe, Web3 clients, and partners
Develop a clear content strategy that is tied to business objectives with measurable outcomes
Collaborate with the marketing team and broader company on campaign content and other projects
Adopt and drive company brand voice and messaging for written pieces to reinforce company culture
Stay on top of Web3 trends and other trending tech
Build and maintain content operations for the marketing team
Track, monitor, and analyze the success of content with various analytic tools
Requirements
2+ years experience working in content and editorial. Bonus if you’ve written for tech and Web3 companies
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Deep understanding of Web3 and the blockchain industry or demonstrate a high interest in learning
Analytical, critical thinker with a can-do attitude
Superb written communication skills with an eye for detail
Bonus if you’re fluent in speaking and reading Mandarin, but not required

The Role
Job Description
• Resolve and respond to customer enquiries by providing accurate information, escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Operations Manager - HC: 2
Team Role:
Responsible for managing the content of the AI product knowledge base
Assisting in identifying business scenarios and extracting typical user requirements
Driving the rapid implementation and iteration of AI products
About You:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar position
Bachelor's degree or higher, with fluency in English
Background in computer science is preferred
Keen interest in AI industry trends
Familiarity with LLM's related product technology and a strong passion for Web3
Well-versed in industry fundamentals and current hot projects
Strong writing skills with a keen sensitivity to content

The Role
We are looking for talents graduating in 2024 with a bachelor(or above) degree.

Deliver product spec and arrange priorities
Coordinate and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing and community on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization internally and manage scrum process

The Role

Focus on campaign setup tasks for client accounts.
Collaborate with clients to gather campaign requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with Client Advisors on client setups.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on campaign setup.
Ensure successful campaign launches and configurations.
Develop a comprehensive FAQ campaign guideline on client setups.
