Your Areas of Focus:

Establishing and expanding a top-notch firmwide operations function regionally to facilitate continuous 24/7 crypto and fiat transactions.

Overseeing the management of regional transaction banking partners to enhance stablecoin liquidity proximity to our customers.

Supervising Treasury relationships with global financial service providers to optimize operational efficiency.

Implementing automated operational processes to bolster redundancy, decrease error rates, and enhance operational efficiencies.

Enforcing and enhancing operational controls, policies, standards, and procedures for operational activities.

Facilitating successful launches of new products and business lines through robust risk-operational processes, infrastructure management, and financial risk mitigation.

Qualifications for Success at Circle:

Minimum of 12 years of full-time experience in treasury, banking, payments, or related sectors.

Over 5 years of experience in team management, building, and leadership.

Proven track record in establishing and scaling operations functions.

Effective management of multiple concurrent priorities.

Curiosity and interest in macroeconomics and business cycle modeling.

Responsibilities:
