JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Comprehend strategic initiatives and ensure teams meet objectives by working closely with senior leaders.
Coordinate with product and business stakeholders to plan and execute business go-to-market strategies for new product features, marketing campaigns, and everyday tasks.
Handle multiple cross-functional projects concurrently with limited time and resources.
Lead project management processes from inception to completion by delineating project scope, creating project briefs, outlining detailed project plans, conducting kickoff meetings, facilitating team stand-ups, and preventing scope expansion.

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with founders and senior leadership to bring ideas to fruition.
Continuously develop the core product and infrastructure.
Example projects include:
Developing internal and external dashboards.
Creating a self-service portal for clients.
Updating the donation widget and fundraising platform.
Integrating with partners.
Design, build, and maintain back-end services using TypeScript, Node.js, and our internal framework.
Write well-structured, maintainable, and efficient code, including unit tests.
Integrate with third-party APIs and develop our public API.
Research and analyze epic tasks in collaboration with the product team.
Ensure the security and quality of our back-end services, as we handle our clients' financial transactions.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
Design database schemas, write SQL queries, and analyze query performance for the storage layer.
