As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead. In this role, you will prospect, evaluate, and secure enterprise clients, primarily prominent financial institutions and financial technology providers. Your responsibilities will include identifying new opportunities and driving the sales process within a designated territory. This is a distinctive and thrilling chance to significantly impact some of the most inventive fintech and crypto companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, in which regulations are evolving, and the demand for new financial products is at an all-time high. You will build strong relationships with compliance and business operations teams in crypto companies and fintechs. Working closely with the Notabene management team, you will tackle complex and urgent challenges for our clients.

Your responsibilities:

Drive revenue and market share within your assigned territory, catering to various customer types

Lead the sales process, involving initial discovery, product presentations, and commercial negotiations

Stay up to date with industry trends, target customers, and any changes relevant to your territory

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling client proposals and perform technical demonstrations

Articulate value propositions for Notabene products and services, making it compelling to potential clients

Collaborate with partners to expand outreach and drive adoption

Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets

Maintain a strong sales pipeline

Represent Notabene and our partners by participating in user conferences and industry events

Travel as needed

What we're looking for:

At least 4 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or business development in the technology sector

Past success selling to C-Suite, product management, and/or compliance teams

Direct field experience working with Financial Institutions, FinTech, or RegTech companies

Ability to grasp the nuances of the ever-evolving regulatory landscape in the crypto industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels

Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment

Evidence of selling complex solutions and consistently surpassing expectations

A commitment to continuous learning

Strong knowledge and background in the cryptocurrency market is a must
