UI/UX Designer
We are seeking ​highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designers​ to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and user needs to create effective and appealing interfaces.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and improve upon designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs on time.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design and visual design skills.
- Solid understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, or Figma.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred.
