Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management
2. Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
3. Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
4. Help with onsite onboarding, and faciliate candidates & employees in the office
Qualification:
1. At least 1 year of HR/hiring experience
2. Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility
3. Quick learner with a positive working attitude
4. Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
5. Able to multitask and work within a timeline
6. Excellent English and Mandarin ( written and spoken)

Responsibilities1. Cyber-tribe operations experience, KOL operations;2. Foster a positive and engaged community by actively interacting with members, answering questions, and addressing concerns;3. Encourage meaningful discussions and provide valuable insights to create a vibrant community;4. Utilize data and analytics to track progress and make informed decisions for growth;5. Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure they adhere to community guidelines and standards;6. Gather and analyze feedback from the community to provide insights for product improvements or marketing strategies.Requirements1. High work cooperation and enthusiasm are required;2. Mandarin and English communication skills;3. Proven experience managing online communities such as telegram, discord etc…4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;5. Knowledge of community management best practices and social media trends;6. Flexible work attitude;7. Adaptable, fast learner.
