Back-end Skills: Node.js, Nest.js
Familiarity with DeFi protocols and ERC standards
Proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript, TypeScript, React
Front-end Skills: React.js but you need to have experience with React Native.
Technical Lead Duties :
- Assessing project briefs to determine the technical parameters and required resources.
- Delegating daily and weekly tasks to technical team members.
- Identifying project risks and formulating strategies to guard against them.
- Coaching and motivating team members.
- Writing progress reports and liaising with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy DApps on EVM blockchains
- Work with other developers to build and maintain blockchain infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date on the latest blockchain technologies
- Troubleshoot and debug blockchain applications
- In the future will be involved in Front part developing.
Qualifications:
- 1-1,5 + years of hands-on experience in EVM-based blockchain development
- Strong understanding of smart contract architecture and deployment
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and ERC standards

- Experience with Git and other version control systems

Major duties
- Agile experience – Epic & User Story creation, Ceremonies facilitation
- Be the system subject matter expert; experienced in analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Create documentation, as per the company’s standard, for all phases of SDLC, including project plan, requirement documentation, technical prototype design, training manuals, and implementation plan if needed
- Hands-on experience working directly with Dev & QA teams daily (e.g. story walk-through, early feedback sessions, etc.)
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of experience in the product or mid to large outsourcing company, working on SaaS, ERP, and PaaS solutions (preferably).
- Highly organized and independent.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, applied in the Scrum field.
- You’re a passionate, non-conflict person, and love to educate.
- A team player who is eager to collaborate and brainstorm with colleagues and partners every week.
