We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Growth with at least 1 year of experience to drive our company's growth strategy and lead the expansion of our user base. The ideal candidate should have experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, and scaling products, with a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics. Experience in the Web3 space is a strong plus. Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue. Lead all marketing efforts, including paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and partnerships. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and optimize marketing campaigns across channels. Collaborate closely with the product, sales, and community teams to identify growth opportunities. Design and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to expand brand awareness. Build and manage referral, affiliate, and viral marketing programs to incentivize user growth. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to refine the growth roadmap. Manage budgets for marketing and growth initiatives, ensuring cost-efficient user acquisition. Conduct market research to identify target demographics and new growth opportunities. Work with product teams to ensure optimal user experience and conversion rates across funnels. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful growth marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, PPC, SEO, and email marketing. Experience with growth tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of collaborating across teams.
