Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer to shape and lead the overarching marketing, community, and ecosystem strategy for Morph. The Chief Growth Officer will play a critical role in scaling the company’s global presence, driving ecosystem partnerships, and establishing Morph as a leading player in the blockchain space. This is a strategic leadership position requiring collaboration across executive teams to align marketing efforts with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the overall marketing vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Morph’s growth trajectory.
Global Brand Positioning: Craft and elevate Morph’s brand at a global scale, positioning the company as a leader in the Layer 2 blockchain space. Build a compelling narrative around our value proposition for developers, enterprises, and end-users.
Community and Ecosystem Strategy: Oversee high-level strategy to build and scale community engagement, ensuring deep integration between marketing, product, and ecosystem development. This includes fostering relationships with key stakeholders, developers, influencers, and ecosystem partners.
Partnerships and Ecosystem Expansion: Lead the strategy for ecosystem growth, identifying and establishing long-term partnerships that drive product adoption and expand Morph’s influence within the blockchain space.
Executive Collaboration: Partner closely with the CEO, product, and technology teams to ensure the marketing strategy drives business priorities, including user acquisition, retention, and ecosystem development.
Data-Informed Decision-Making: Leverage data and market insights to steer strategic marketing initiatives and measure the effectiveness of campaigns at a high level, refining the approach to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in senior leadership roles in marketing, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or emerging technology sectors.
Proven track record of creating and executing global marketing strategies that have scaled businesses.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Layer 2 solutions, and decentralized ecosystems.
Strong network within the blockchain ecosystem, including with developers, projects, and strategic partners.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the brand at key industry events and forums.
