Job Responsibilities
1. Develop annual operating plan focused on achieving company’s financial and strategic objectives in the areas of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency both in the U.S. and around the world; facilitate annual planning process, roll-up of operating plans, strategic reviews, and prioritization of initiatives during the year;

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Extensive experience in the context of blockchain and Web3.
In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contracts.
Possess experience in the security of the Ethereum and Polkadot ecosystems.
Solid knowledge of network security and traditional information security skills.
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in information security.
Proven track record of implementing and deploying security solutions in Web3 environments.
Experience with conducting security assessments and audits of blockchain applications.
Good programming skills, especially in languages commonly used in blockchain development (e.g., Rust and Solidity).

Requirements
Strong background in Math/Cryptography (e.g., degrees in Math/Physics/Computer Science from elite universities; you should be able to understand research publications in cryptography and implement constructions in basic building blocks such as Elliptic Curves).
Experience in state-of-the-art zero knowledge proof systems such as Groth16, Plonk, Halo2, Nova.
Experience in implementing cryptographic constructions and familiarity with various common attacks.
Proficient in C/C++/Rust.
Excellent oral English and communication skills.
Passionate about the Web3 industry.
Extreme ownership mentality - able to take responsibilities and ship secure code in a timely manner.

We are looking for a Community Manager to join the Manta Network team and help build awareness and traction for the project on a global scale. The ideal candidate is an experienced crypto community manager or marketer that has a track record of building and engaging with crypto and web3 developer communities. You should have a strong familiarity with Polkadot technologies and communities, as well as a strong interest in privacy. You must speak Russian fluently; you do not have to reside in Russia.
Responsibilities
Translate Manta Network content into Russian across social media platforms and blogs
Communicate with the Russian-speaking community to provide announcements, news, and updates
Design local campaigns for the Russian-speaking community to drive engagement and achieve KPIs
Track and analyze the growth of the Russian-speaking community to identify new opportunities for engagement
Build and maintain relationships with Russian-speaking influencers and KOLs
Accurately represent the Manta Network brand
Identify key events and speaking opportunities
