Ark Digital is a boutique marketing agency in Singapore specializing in small to medium-sized businesses. We work across various verticals, including tech, e-commerce, medical, and legal. We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist who excels in both design and lead generation to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual content for social media platforms and other marketing materials, as well as implementing effective lead generation strategies, particularly through LinkedIn outreach.
Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, website, and advertising materials.
Content Creation: Develop engaging written content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Lead Generation: Execute lead generation campaigns with a focus on LinkedIn outreach, including prospecting, connecting, and initiating conversations with potential clients.
Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
Stay Updated: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, design, and lead generation to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, and lead generation, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar software.
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
Experience with lead generation tactics, particularly through LinkedIn outreach and other social media platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track metrics, and optimize campaigns for performance.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
