The Role:
Someone with in-depth understanding of Financial Accounting software (Account Receivable, Account Payable), including market dynamics, and emerging trends. Developing and leading a national team in Indonesia to create and implement high-performance sales strategies and customer-centric solutions. You will implement best-in-class processes and drive winning behaviours to guarantee growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
5+ years of sales leadership experience in the Accounting Software or Payment Solutions
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Financial Accounting software (Account Receivable, Account Payable), including market dynamics, and emerging trends.
A hunter profile with demonstrated history of growing sales, profitability, and developing new business in dynamic environments.
Experienced in building high-performing teams and recruiting top talent.
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, driving towards clarity and solutions.
Self-Motivation: Highly driven and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
A strong consultative seller with the ability to have value-led conversations
