About the Client: Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing digital asset hedge fund with a significant amount of assets under management (AUM). The team is known for its collaborative environment and offers long-term growth opportunities tied to a percentage of the profit and loss (PnL).Job Description:Role: We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader with a strong background in C++ and Python, along with substantial HFT experience across multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate will have over four years of hands-on trading experience and will be an integral part of our client's team, contributing to both the strategic and operational aspects of trading.Responsibilities:Develop and implement high-frequency trading strategies across various asset classes.Collaborate closely with other traders, researchers, and developers to optimize trading strategies.Implement trading algorithms in C++ and Python.Monitor and analyze trading performance and market conditions to continuously improve strategies.Manage risk effectively and ensure compliance with trading regulations.Contribute to the overall success of the trading team through knowledge sharing and mentorship.Requirements:A minimum of 4 years of quantitative trading experience, preferably in a high-frequency trading environment.Proven expertise in C++ and Python programming languages.Extensive experience with multiple asset classes (e.g., equities, futures, options, cryptocurrencies).Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
