Web3 Project Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and implementation of Web3 projects.Support protocols within their business development and enterprise growth Build business cases create business presentation2.) Enterprise Adoption Projects:Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide consultancy on integrating Web3 technologies into their existing systems.Contribute to the development of strategies for the seamless adoption of decentralized technologies within enterprise environments.3.) Independent Exploration:Take ownership of personal projects and areas of interest within the Web3 domain, fostering innovation and creativity.Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the Web3 space to bring fresh perspectives to the team.4.) Collaboration and Communication:Engage in effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Collaborate with the team to learn best practices and contribute to the success. Qualifications:Basic understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.Familiarity with Web3 protocols, such as Ethereum or other L1 Chains, L2 Chains etc,..Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology landscape.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
