Role Summary
Our Client requires a Business Development Executive with Crypto Experience for this full time 100% remote position.
Description:
KEY Difference Labs (KDL) is a premier blockchain accelerator based in Dubai, offering tailored support for startups across early and mature stages of development. Through its incubation and accelerator programs, KDL provides mentorship, resources, and strategic guidance to help projects succeed in the web3 ecosystem. With a focus on building lasting relationships, KDL connects startups with key industry players, including venture capital, technology providers, and exchanges.
Responsibilities:
Building Strategic Partnerships*: Identifying and cultivating relationships with industry leaders, technology providers, VCs, and other key stakeholders to enhance the accelerator's offerings and expand its network.
Recruiting Startups*: Actively reaching out to and engaging with promising startups, convincing them to join KDL's programs by showcasing the unique value and opportunities the accelerator provides.
*Securing Event Sponsorships*: Developing and pitching sponsorship opportunities for KDL's events, targeting companies and organizations that align with the accelerator’s mission and ensuring they receive value from their sponsorship. 
This role is crucial for driving growth, expanding KDL's influence in the web3 ecosystem, and ensuring the success of its programs and events.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (e.g. Accounting, Marketing, Blockchain).
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (e.g. Accounting, Marketing, Blockchain), could be considered as an advantage.
Proven record of generating leads and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and inspire trust with clients.
Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape, including market trends, technologies, and regulatory environments.
