The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform, which leverages artificial intelligence to foster authentic user interactions and mitigate fraudulent or inauthentic behavior.
1. Quality Assurance Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and testing methodologies tailored to an AI-powered environment.
- Identify quality metrics and establish benchmarks for software performance.
2. Test Case Development:
- Analyze functional requirements to create and execute detailed test cases that ensure complete coverage of application features and AI functionalities.
- Continuously update and refine test cases based on evolving requirements and feedback.
3. Integration Testing:
- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to test AI models and algorithms, validating their predictive accuracy and ensuring they align with system requirements.
- Ensure integration points between various services and AI components function correctly.
4. Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and data science, to ensure quality is embedded within the development lifecycle.
- Actively participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings to provide insights on quality improvements.
5. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies related to QA and AI technologies.
- Propose and implement improvements to QA processes to enhance product quality and team efficiencies.
