As Head of Content you will drive the overarching content vision and strategy, positioning Somnia at the forefront of discourse in the Metaverse and Web3 space. You will oversee a team composed of content leads, social media managers, and work closely with a PR agency to create compelling, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging across all channels. Your role will include orchestrating a variety of content campaigns, establishing relationships with media and podcast outlets.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute a comprehensive content strategy to elevate brand and mission across global markets.
Develop editorial guidelines and content roadmaps to maintain consistency, quality, and authenticity across all mediums (websitewebsit, blog, social media, podcasts, PR, etc.).
Align content initiatives with overarching marketing and growth objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and positioning.
Team Management & Collaboration
Manage and mentor the content team, including content leads and social media managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
Coordinate closely with the PR agency to align on brand messaging, media outreach, and reputation management strategies.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or related roles, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or technology sector.
Must have experience working for a blockchain project.
Proven track record of managing content teams, social media managers, and overseeing third-party agencies (e.g., PR).
Mindset & Culture
