Support for internal client experience team in one of the leading retail companies in Russia (> 18k stores as by now, presented in most regions). The main focus is the NPS (Net Promoter Score) and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Indices) analysis. Occasional A/B-testing projects (with physical retail specifics). Ad hoc queries to databases, including both survey and factual (traffic, revenue, category/goods sales etc) data.

Performed analysis of brand positioning, marketing activities, pricing strategy, customers’ segmentation, usage and attitudes in several categories. Supported VBA macro. Key clients are global FMCG companies.
