-Conducted design workshops and brainstorming sessions to understand the problem to be solved and explore the right solutions. -Led the end-to-end UX design and research process for the spa scheduling web app and helped redesign user experiences, which increased user engagement. -Conducted market and competitor research and created archetypes, personas, sitemaps, and task flow for four sets of user groups. Prioritized the experiences that would drive maximum value and impact. -Created user journeys that helped develop an experience that analyses and visually represents textual data to easily track the success of important metrics. Created dashboards for the different users to keep track of important analytics. -Collaborated with stakeholders and developers to increase the product's efficiency. -Collaborated with users for user interviews and usability testing to improve the user experience. -Built multiple landing pages on HubSpot after designing them.

-Designed a facility management app for one of the top companies in Dubai. -Revamped a standard management and balloting platform for one of the top membership organizations based in the US. -Held usability testing with the team members to understand the flaws of the revamped designs.

-Developed several templates to be published on HubSpot. -Collaborated with the CEO and developers in revamping their website. -Worked on offshore client websites and focused on interactions and UI. -Created a few logos and branding materials for the company.

-Worked with a team to support an IBM product called WebSphere Commerce or WCS. -Learned hands-on JavaScript while working under a manager. -Became familiar with the basics of the Oracle database and WCS software.
