As the Global Team Leader for FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), I am actively involved in shaping the foundational DFMEAs that underpin our application projects for a range of automotive vehicle body components (such as Door Checks, all type of Hinges), Brake Pedals, Parking Brakes, and Spare Tire Carriers. Additionally, I oversee the correct implementation of the PFMEA methodology across all Edscha group plants worldwide. Moreover, I am responsible for developing and implementing methodologies to manage new software and upgrades to existing systems."

In my role as translator, I translate written or spoken materials, including documents, emails, reports, and multimedia content, from the source language (English, Spanish, German) to the target language, maintaining the original meaning and tone. My commitment extends beyond literal translation; I ensure that the translated content is culturally sensitive and resonates with the intended audience. I meticulously consider the nuances and contextual factors, enhancing the effectiveness of the communication. Additionally, I conduct thorough reviews and edits to eliminate errors and enhance the overall readability of the translated materials. I specialize in transcribing spoken content verbatim into written form, ensuring unwavering accuracy and crystal-clear clarity. Whether it's transcribing interviews, podcasts, recorded meetings, or even videos, I meticulously ensure that every word spoken is faithfully captured in written text, preserving the precise essence of the spoken discourse.

In my role as the Global Team Leader for Failure Mode and Effect Analysis within Division 'R' at ZF, I led a diverse team of over 10 engineers across various countries. Together, we were responsible for conducting comprehensive Technical Risk Assessments for all new IRS (Airbags) and SWS (Steering Wheels) products. This position has afforded me valuable experience in implementing and leading quality initiatives on a company-wide scale, working collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Directed the collaboration of expert engineers across multiple manufacturing plants in various countries to develop foundation PFMEAs for Plastic Injection Molded and Stamped Metal components. Design FMEA Koordinator/Moderator | ZF December 2012 - July 2016 Development and implementation of DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) for all projects related to Inflatable Restraint Systems for the Core and Application Engineering projects.

January 2007 - December 2011 Developed and enhanced methodologies for the efficient management of a workforce comprising over 330 employees. These improvements helped increase the company's market share within the new residential construction painting sector, from 12% to 20%.

I established a "Type C" Corporation specializing in the importation of furniture from Mexico. Our primary focus was distributing these imported goods to various furniture retailers within the Phoenix metropolitan area.

As an Advanced Product Quality Engineer I was responsible for the advanced planning of the quality processes for different American and European automotive OEMs new inflatable restraint systems (airbag systems) at a manufacturing facility in Mexico.

I successfully established a Regional Master Franchise covering the Northern region of Mexico, overseeing the operation of four additional franchises in Chihuahua, Mexico.

In my role as Communications Coordinator, I undertook the design, launch, and ongoing management of an internal television network featuring four channels, ensuring a continuous flow of vital information. As Quality Assurance Engineer, I managed eight QA supervisors to identify potential problems in the field, and led action plans to eliminate customer returns. Performed as Lead auditor at the First article inspection department. Liaison for knowledge transfer between the North American and Mexican teams.

I served as a Field Engineer specializing in cementing operations for oil wells situated on offshore platforms within the Gulf of Mexico.
