 Acts as senior person in the Reception area maintaining a professional work environment, staff supervision and offering administrative support.  Complete Daily and Weekly Report documenting any and all that occurred during school hours including, but not conclusive of, incidents, accidents, tardiness, absences, enrollments, stopped students, inquiries, comments and complaints.  Attends weekly meeting with the Managing Director, Principal, Finance Manager and Operations Coordinator to discuss and suggests possible ideas for school improvements.  Provides accurate information for prospects and handles complaints before transferring issues to the Principal.
