My role involved creating learning materials for ASDA colleagues across various locations, including stores, home offices, and depots. To ensure effective learning outcomes, I incorporated learning theory principles into my designs. By leveraging sleek and visually appealing design elements, I aimed to engage learners and capture their attention. Additionally, I utilized hooks and interactive elements to encourage active participation and ensure that learners absorbed the right content. In addition to designing visually compelling materials, I also contributed to the writing and editing of copy. By crafting clear and concise content, I aimed to enhance the overall learning experience and facilitate understanding for ASDA colleagues. Through my collaboration with ASDA, I played a key role in supporting their business transformation efforts by creating engaging and impactful learning materials.
