Duties:
▪ Identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy
▪ Setup processes and structures for all departments
▪ Cultivating the company’s reputation in the market with customers and suppliers
▪ Setup dealerships and negotiated pricing with YEALINK, HP, HIKVISION and TELCO companies
▪ In charge of developing strategy and planning for departments admin, technical and sales
▪ Setting sales targets
▪ Achieving my own annual sales GP target of 3,1Mil
▪ Identifying market requirements and planning accordingly
▪ Developing commercial relationships with key customers and suppliers
