I have experienced for the past 7 years as a Customer representative for mortgage and financial accounts and got promoted and joined the Workforce management team as a real time Analyst. in which we serve as the backbone between clients and operations, we are responsible for Planning , Creating and communicating forecast and schedules. As a part of WFM we are the ones who help our client maintain the right headcount and calculating call capacity and ensure service levels are met every interval. I am also exposed to data analysis and have experience in Excel, Avaya CMS, IEX/NICE RTA, GPR, etc as part of our daily tools.
