About me
I have been able to work individually and in a team during my role as a Video Editor throughout my years in creating content for both Television and online entertainment. My attention to detail and timing is complimentary. I use the editing software Adobe Premiere Pro and an app called InShot for quick content to upload onto social media. I have experience in colour grading, imaging, text and other editing tools. I’ve worked doing digital marketing and have excellent knowledge in how to use social media e.g. (Instagram, X & YouTube) to engage a targeted audience. I great knowledge in the (post) production of creating trailers, music videos, tv/online content.

I was the official video editor of BKChat (LDN) which is an online debate show. This role consists of being responsible for editing 45 minutes to an hour long episodes to be uploaded on a weekly basis, creating trailers the day before and editing additional interviews of the cast members. The show branched out to Houston, Texas and New York which I also video edited as well as the extended franchise BKChat Uncensored where the cast lived in a villa for 2 weeks to compete in games and discuss topics.

I was one of three video editors of the Sky1 morning show, What’s Up TV. I used the editing software Avid Media Composer (online & offline) to create video segments of each episode that would air at 11am. The show consists of popular culture, activities, music, games and informative content. This was a full time contract role where I learnt to work well with other members of my team and produce trailer videos/reels for social media.

I filmed and edited the launch day of Maker Space, a creative hub for its local community to take part in workshops and activities. In addition, Reggae Musician, Lloyd Brown made an attendance and spoke to the community about his life in the music industry. I filmed and edited this important moment as well as 2 podcasts that were held at the local library.
