Gozina is a self-directed demo project for an AI-assisted e-commerce shopping and customer-support experience. The prototype helps users search and compare products, refine recommendations based on budget and requirements, check sample order status, and receive grounded answers based on store policies. It also includes safeguards for out-of-scope or sensitive requests and avoids exposing internal instructions or system information. The demo combines conversational UX with structured product data and rule-based safeguards. Example flows include laptop recommendations, context-aware comparisons, category refinement, verified order lookup, return-policy guidance, transparent constraint relaxation, and security/scope handling. Built as a portfolio demonstration of practical chatbot, recommendation, automation, and support workflows.

Researched and compared 10 AI-enabled customer support platforms for a Shopify business with a target budget of up to US$400 per month. The project covered pricing, Shopify integration, AI automation, multichannel support, operational risks, and verification against 64 public-source records. The work produced an executive shortlist report and a structured evidence workbook. This was desk research; no vendor was deployed or independently product-tested. Workbook excerpts are shown in the portfolio images. The complete research workbook is available on request.
