Both in my work experience and as a professional I have played as a minded and dynamic leader I'm also interested in capturing experiences and ways of doing things better. In more than 7 years’ work experience I´m been able to meet expectations for improved performanceof transformational projects in multinational and international organizations (LSG Sky Chefs, Huawei, Ernst & Young, Quality Leadership University, Banesco Multinational, TATCO INDUSTRIES, Mercantil Financial Services) directing high performance teams, interacting with influential roles, accepting changes in a positive way, focused as much as the result as in thestrategic procedures.
