I started my BPO career at Teletech way back in 2012. I started Tech support for mobiles and eventually got promoted as complaints manager for the last 8 years I have undertaken various responsibilities with utmost sincerity until the company has decided to lay off some of their employees due to covid19 and unfortunately I was included. Throughout the years I was able to develop a number of skills. I have good communication skills and fully understand how important it is to deliver outstanding customer care - after all, without the customer, there would be no business and i would not have a job.
