Responsibilities:

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in blockchain. ⏳
Strong expertise in Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar blockchain languages. 👨💻
Deep understanding of Ethereum, Polkadot, Cosmos, or other blockchain ecosystems. 🌐
Experience with smart contract development, DeFi, NFTs, or DAOs. 💰
Familiarity with cryptography, consensus algorithms, and P2P networks. 🔐
Knowledge of Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries. 📚
Experience leading technical teams and managing blockchain projects. 🧑💼
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ⚡
