Customer Service/ Admin Assistant

I have been working in the call center industry for almost 7 years in total, as a customer service representative for international clients. I handled a mix of voice and non-voice accounts, for advertising, telecommunications, and a bit of technical support. The longest that I have been was with an Australian company wherein we cater to business owners and assist them in organizing their advertisement with us. With that, we were also trained to do after-sales support as account managers  by answering queries thru phone and email which made me more confident in speaking and dealing directly with our customers.
