- Very good at developing and updating different technical documentations like, IT related TORs, Specifications, SOPs and user manuals.
- Effective in coordinating, leading and providing quality and timely solutions to support requests with hands on experience in mentoring and coaching IT team members, Data managers and other user groups.
- Very good at quickly understanding and business processes of any systems by partnering with relevant domain experts and delivering effective solutions that mostly surpass client expectations.
