I was a Technical Support Associate in my previous BPO company, for about two years. I was handling internet connectivity issues , such as slow speed, no sync, and intermittent connection in US residents. Also we do email configuration and authentication. With my current job, I am assisting consumers across the globe with their order processing, return and refunds. Yes, I know that I am currently working, but I know that I am capable and able to manage two jobs at a time, because for me I want to challenge myself to learn different task at the same time, and it will be more interesting and fun that I will be able to work for you in the future.
