I will build a read-only USDT and ERC20 payment monitor

Need a simple way to record confirmed inbound USDT or other ERC-20 transfers to a public wallet address without connecting a wallet or exposing signing access?

I will deliver a small, documented Python monitor for one supported EVM chain: Ethereum mainnet or BNB Chain. The USD 25 package includes:

- one public recipient address;

- up to three public ERC-20 token contract addresses;

- configurable confirmation depth and minimum raw transfer amount;

- bounded confirmed-block polling through an HTTPS read-only JSON-RPC endpoint;

- inbound `Transfer` event filtering;

- SQLite cursor and duplicate prevention;

- newline-delimited JSON output containing chain, token, sender, recipient, raw amount, block, transaction hash, and log index;

- source code, example configuration, setup README, and offline unit tests;

- one revision to the agreed addresses, confirmation count, or minimum-amount filter.

Security boundary: this tool reads public blockchain data only. It never asks for a private key, seed phrase, wallet connection, signature, approval, exchange login, transaction permission, or custody of funds. It never sends a transaction or changes blockchain state.

The USD 25 package does not include native-coin transfers, historical backfills, token price or decimal lookups, WebSocket subscriptions, Telegram/webhook delivery, dashboards, hosted deployment, reorg rollback, production monitoring SLAs, private RPC credentials, paid APIs, or automated actions. Those require a separately agreed scope and price on LaborX.

Delivery is within one day after the exact scope, required public inputs, and compatible funded escrow are confirmed on LaborX.

Work starts only after the exact chain, public addresses, filters, acceptance test, and delivery format are agreed in LaborX chat and the USD 25 payment is visibly funded in LaborX escrow using Ethereum-mainnet USDT or BNB-Chain USDT.
