Send me a messy Excel or CSV export and the rules you want applied. I will return a cleaned file, a separate list of records that need your decision, and a short summary of what changed.
This package includes:
- Removal of exact duplicate rows using a rule agreed before work starts
- Trimming extra spaces and standardizing agreed text, date and numeric formats
- Preserving identifiers such as order IDs, SKUs and ZIP codes, including leading zeros
- Flagging missing, conflicting or ambiguous values for your review
- A cleaned XLSX and/or CSV file, an exceptions list with source row references, and a before-and-after summary
- One revision to correct issues within the original requirements
I use AI-assisted tools and scripted checks to help with the work. The cleaning rules and outputs are checked before delivery. If your data must not be processed with AI tools, please say so before ordering so we can check whether this service is suitable.

The 48-hour delivery window starts once the file, rules and output are confirmed. Please send only data you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, API keys, full payment-card details or other secrets.
This fixed package does not include scanned PDFs or images, manual transcription, macros, complex formulas, fuzzy matching, multi-file joins, web scraping, API connections, dashboards, ongoing maintenance or a reusable automation script. These require a separate scope before any work starts.
