Before ordering, the ideal would be for you to contact me, to tell me the problem you have or if you want me to check it for you.
To pass me your model, the ideal would be that you send me in a RAR the character folder with its respective textures.
I have been using the PMX editor for many years, I have worked with many models and I am capable of solving practically any problem. I have also worked with a group of animators in which I retouched dozens of different models and learned even more things, such as conversions (.VRM, .FBX), texture modification (Photoshop, SAI) or recreation and renovation of physics, etc.
