• Step 2. I diagnose and tell you the root cause and a fixed price. Diagnosis is honest: if it is a 10 minute fix, I say so.
• Step 3. I fix it, you verify, done. I explain what was wrong so it does not repeat.
Base price covers a typical single bug. Bigger rescues get a fixed quote before any work starts.
