I am very interested in the job announcement for the position of researcher in your esteemed organization. Based on my education, skills, and experience, I feel that I would be an outstanding candidate for this position. Along with I have got BSc in Statistics, MSc in Population Studies, MSc in data science, and a one-semester MSc in finance and management. Moreover, I am well acquainted with more than twelve analytical softwares and frequently use it all in my daily careers. Besides, I have worked in various NGOs in different work areas. For instance, I have worked as a Nutrition Database Officer in CARE Ethiopia. Following that, I repeatedly worked there as an external consultant for various projects. Totally in this organization, I worked on six baseline and end-line surveys on WASH, gender, and nutrition projects from the base of data collection to report writing, analysis on a Livelihood project, supervision, and follow-up in Cash Transfer Project. Upon request, I can provide some of the testimonies or contact CARE Ethiopia and other organizations where I worked. Furthermore, I was worked in Living Water International as M & E officer. I also facilitate and provide training for its sister organizations and branch officials about the mobile data collection system and other WASH training. Additionally, in the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce, I had a fruitful study output. Generally, in most of my activities, I prepared and provided M & E tools, evaluated the result, and applied different econometrics models to predict and forecast the cases.
