Installation and proper configuration of the PowerMTA 5.0r8 SMTP server

I will install PowerMTA version 5.0r8 on your server. Once started, the installation should take no more than an hour.

The installation includes:

  • Installation of PowerMTA itself and its tools
  • Configuration of the working Web Monitor to control mail delivery
  • Disabling unnecessary services and other server optimization for greater performance
  • Creating an additional swap partition in case of insufficient RAM, which can prevent PowerMTA from suddenly crashing and stopping sending
  • Creating a DKIM key for the sending domain
  • Configuring incoming emails to be received in a separate file. Useful for handling delivery errors.
  • Creating an SSL certificate to support encrypted connections for incoming/outgoing mail.
  • You also get a good (compared to many solutions, but standard from a professional point of view) PowerMTA configuration that is suitable for most common needs. This is actually a very important point, because without proper configuration, PowerMTA becomes useless, like many other things.

Orders for multiple servers at once are accepted with a discount.

Required for ordering:

  • The domain name from which the emails will be sent
  • Access to the server via SSH or directly to the hosting panel
  • If you also order the addition of DNS records, you will need access to the domain itself in the hosting panel or registrar
  • Server requirements: 1+GB RAM, 5+GB disk space, almost any distribution, tested on CentOS 7-9, Debian 10+. It is also important to have port 25 open.

You can either provide a ready-made server or give me access to the hosting and I will create it myself.
