Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth audience research to understand viewer demographics and interests.
- Develop creative video concepts aligned with current YouTube trends and search optimization.
- Craft compelling video titles, descriptions, and tags to improve discoverability.
- Implement strategies to increase watch time and engagement, such as end screens, cards, and calls to action.
- Analyze video performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on YouTube algorithms and best practices for organic growth.
- Collaborate with the video production team to ensure content aligns with subscriber acquisition goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and executing organic growth strategies for YouTube channels.
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and SEO principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and implement data insights.
- Creative mind with a passion for developing engaging video concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
