About Stark Industries X
Stark Industries X is a Web3 infrastructure project focused on tokenization, presale systems, and scalable blockchain solutions for enterprise adoption.
The project is being structured to evolve into an institutional-grade ecosystem with future integration potential with custody providers, regulated jurisdictions, and fiat on/off-ramps.
We are currently at an early stage and looking for a Web3 Lead Engineer (or Technical Co-Founder) to join the core team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop smart contracts (Solidity)
- Define technical architecture of the ecosystem
- Build initial MVP (token + presale system)
- Support tokenomics implementation
- Prepare the project for seed fundraising
Compensation:
This is an early-stage opportunity.
- Equity (5%–15%) based on involvement
- Token allocation (2%–5%)
- Deferred payment after funding round
- Long-term role as core team member
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with Solidity and EVM chains
- Understands tokenomics and presale mechanics
- Wants to join a project from zero and grow with it
- Is interested in a co-founder or early contributor position
Important:
This is not a fixed salary role at the beginning.
The focus is building the foundation and scaling the project together.
