We are seeking an experienced marketing analyst to join our team to handle data analysis for various go-to-market campaigns.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Profound understanding of Salesforce and marketing analytics tools; familiarity with financial services, Fintech, or crypto.
Utilize analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify performance factors of campaigns.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

Set marketing analytics priorities and offer solutions independently.
Manage complete campaign tracking lifecycle, develop dashboards, and provide reports to business units.
Address diverse challenges that demand in-depth analysis and decision-making.

Organizational Knowledge:

Comprehend Anchorage's strategic objectives and incorporate them into analytics planning and goal-setting.

Communication and Influence:

Cultivate strong team relationships and exemplify our cultural values.
Collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Effectively adjust communication styles, gather support from colleagues, and engage with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Experienced as a Salesforce administrator.
Proficient in dashboard development and tracking performance data using various SaaS tools.
Demonstrated self-initiative and a determined approach to business growth, especially within a leading company.
