Job Summary:

We are seeking a resourceful Business Development Analyst to join our team full-time. In this role, you will play a crucial part in GSR's Business Development team, collaboratively working with colleagues worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication among sales, marketing, and management to drive business development projects.
  • Assist in managing inbound leads, organizing sales calls, and supporting the business development team's initiatives.
  • Prepare proposals and related documentation to facilitate sales, onboarding, and customer service processes.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of GSR's service offerings and client base.
  • Conduct competitive research to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to designing marketing campaigns and materials for various business segments.
  • Identify new prospects and contacts to aid in expanding GSR's business.
  • Stay informed on pertinent topics in the Crypto industry, including market and technology trends.

Qualifications:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role within Financial Services, Investments, or Crypto sectors.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Essential).
  • Experience in developing marketing materials, such as pitch books.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changes effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual with keen analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and remotely.
