Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships

We are looking for a dedicated Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth by fostering relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role will be pivotal in expanding our footprint within these crucial segments, ensuring sustained success through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions for high-value clients.

As a key player, you will establish strategic alliances with top Affiliates and Brokers, pinpoint potential VIP clients, and create customized solutions to address their specific requirements. From launching innovative affiliate campaigns to devising unique programs for brokers, each deal you secure will be instrumental in solidifying the company's presence in the market.
In this role, your inventiveness will be central – whether devising new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to introduce pioneering products for your partners. Supported by a top-tier team, you will have the opportunity to take calculated risks, experiment with new strategies, and make a lasting impact on the future of crypto partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates to attract first-time-depositors and trades.
- Forge new partnerships with Brokers while enhancing the company’s broker program, as well as nurturing existing relationships.
- Reach out to potential VIP clients and maintain relationships.
- Provide timely and efficient customer service to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, collaborating closely with internal teams and offering recommendations for enhancement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and developments within the Blockchain influencer community.
- Represent the company at conferences, engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to increase product and service awareness.
- Participate in community events to expand the company's institutional presence.
- Conduct market and competitor research in the crypto space.
- Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gather feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with a network of clients in the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
- 1+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, web3, or blockchain.
- 2+ years of work experience in selling financial products.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and monetize client or partner relationships.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
