Responsibilities:

Drive the expansion and localization of Big Pay products within LATAM, guaranteeing an aligned product experience with local user behaviors and payment preferences.
Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to uphold the competitiveness of payment products in LATAM markets.
Identify user pain points and potential business opportunities by engaging directly with local users, merchants, and regional teams, translating insights into tangible product enhancements.
Design and refine product solutions, comprising user flows, wireframes, and precise product requirements with user stories and functional specifications.
Manage the complete product development lifecycle encompassing product design, UI/UX assessment, development coordination, production launch, and post-launch optimization.
Utilize data-driven methodologies to analyze product performance, build and preserve product performance dashboards, and enhance crucial metrics like conversion rates, transaction success, and user engagement.
Work closely with various teams such as engineering, operations, compliance, and business to deliver scalable payment products and ensure operational efficiency.
Serve as a liaison between LATAM markets and global product teams to ensure that local insights are appropriately integrated into product roadmap decisions.

Requirements:

Over 5 years of Product Management experience specifically in payments, fintech, or transaction-based platforms.
Profound understanding of payment systems, payment infrastructure, and transaction product design.
Knowledge of payment reconciliation, settlement processes, and operational workflows.
Proficient in product design skills, including wireframing, user flow design, and precise product requirement documentation.
Competent in data analysis to steer product optimization through metric tracking.
Understanding of risk management and compliance considerations in payment product development.
